Chester & Emma
We are fortunate enough to have adopted two cats from Metrowest Humane. We adopted Emma (AKA "Monkey" and "Mittens") in August of 2004. A year later, we adopted Chester (AKA "Chance"), who was then a wee kitten. Almost ten months later, Chester's a 16-pound hulk of a boy! I'm including two pictures in this email, and you can see how Chester's grown.
Emma, a shy girl, has taken a real shine to her "little" brother, and Chester and Emma get along very well. They play with each other, share food and blankets, and Chester even patiently waits while Emma plays with a toy. Chester will, however, pounce as soon as Emma has decided she is finished. Their favorite perch is in the window, as you can see from the pictures. We are so glad these two cats have joined our family. Thanks to Metrowest for letting us adopt our great little critters!
