Millie & Cinder
To all working at the MWHs: It has been about a month since we adopted Millie and Cinder and they have adapted nicely to our home just down the street from the shelter.
We started the very nervous kittens off in one room where they were at first afraid to be seen out in the open. Now they rule the house and have found their little niches where they may need to hide for a short time, but generally they like being out. Cinder (now Onyx) has claimed our bed as her own and resides there for much of the day - every day. Millie (now Milky Way) is more adventurous and likes to roam. We have attached a photo here of the two of them positioned symbollically of how they play and eat. We always miss them doing something fun, so this is the best we have for now.
